Welcome to Muscle Muffin Fit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at musclemuffinfit.com (the "Site"), as well as any purchases of apparel or enrollments in our online coaching.

 

By accessing the Site or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Store & Purchase Terms

A. E-Commerce Operating Platform

Our online store is hosted on Wix, which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our physical items and digital services.

B. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coverage: We currently ship exclusively within the domestic United States.

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for orders totaling $75 or more.

  • Fulfillment Timelines:

    • Apparel orders ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Transit Delays: Any delays occurring in transit will be communicated to you promptly. Extensive delays may qualify for a refund or reorder discount at our discretion.

C. Return & Refund Policy

  • Apparel (Final Sale): Due to sanitary and logistic reasons, all apparel items are FINAL SALE. This includes but is not limited to: tees, tanks, t-shirts, sweatpants, shorts, leggings, sports bras, socks, and outerwear (hoodies, sweatshirts).

  • Please consult sizing charts in the product descriptions carefully before sizing. All tees, sweats and hoodies are true to size. Leggings, yoga pants, and shorts are true to size, with stretch. Active tops tend to run slightly under regular sizing, but have stretch. All sports bras have removable padding.

2. Online Fitness Coaching Services

  • Scope of Services: Muscle Muffin Fitness provides personalized online coaching tailored to various body types, fitness levels, and lifestyles. Services include customized workout plans, regular team accountability check-ins, access to the Muscle Muffin Crew community network, and select plans offering scheduled video workout sessions.

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for accurately providing your fitness level, goals, and health background during signup to ensure a suitable workout plan.

  • No Medical Advice: Online coaching is for educational and physical fitness purposes only and does not constitute physical therapy or medical advice.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • Physician Clearance: You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting any fitness program offered by Muscle Muffin Fitness to determine if it is right for your needs.

  • Assumption of Risk: Engaging in exercise, physical training, or dietary modifications carries inherent risks. By using our coaching services or meal plans, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, or medical events.

4. Privacy & User Data

Your submission of personal information through the store, coaching programs, and meal plans is governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal details, shipping addresses, payment data, and communication details are handled securely in accordance with our operational practices and applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, workout plans, meal plans, recipes, and digital guides, is the intellectual property of Muscle Muffin Fit and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written authorization.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
