Hey Muffins!

My name is Patrice, and I created Muscle Muffin Fitness to be a sense of community for those, that like me, needed a guidance and motivation on their journey. Our mission is to help provide a support system for every body type to move and get stronger. We chose the name Muscle Muffin, because we are soft, yet STRONG. Maintaining mental peace is always the end game, but we can look good while we do it.
